Personalizing an old iPhone, set up?
I just bought my friend's old iPhone and I had several questions
First if I wanted to use it as an touch would I just not pay for the plan, or data? Or is there a process
Second is there a way to set it up to my account without deleting all of their music?
Third how do I set it up to my account?
You can use it as an ipod touch with no plan, just use it over Wi-Fi if thats what you want.
- Set an old profile picture on Facebook - iPhone? I want to use an old profile picture as my new one however when I set it as profile picture I have to crop it (even if it stays te same size) and sets the same picture as my profile picture but without the likes/comments which means I have two of the same photo In the album. How can I use the photo as my profile picture but keep all the likes and comments?
- Old iPhone with old sim card? Mum just got a new iPhone, so gave her old one to my sister. My sister did not have an appropriate sized sim card, so they guy at the store cut it down. Mum's new sim card is working, but when we put my sisters in the old phone, it just keeps saying no service. What do we do? Can we use it or not?
- If I set up a new iphone from an icloud backup, what happens to the old iphone? Will the data and apps automatically be deleted from the old iphone, or will it stay there until i delete it manually?
- I bought my daughter an iphone 5c.Do i set up the Apple id/password first, or buy the plan, then set it up? I have bought Iphones before. But i didn't set them up. Do i by the plan, usually $40.00 first, then do the Apple id/password? Or vice versa?
