Photo editing app to tilt picture?
I was looking for a photo editing app that could tilt my picture backwards. Not rotating it. The easiest was to explain it is to make the picture flatter. Is there an iPhone app to do that?

You can do it in GIMP. Just use the perspective distort tool.
