Okay so I got my phone literally 48 hours ago and somehow I got a scratch on the back of my new gold iphone 5s and I was wondering if you think Apple would change it for me. I seriously have no idea how I got the scratch because I was holding it like a baby and checked every second if it had scratches on it and then one second out of no where BOOM a scratch. Please, any suggestions? And please don't write you should have gotten a case or it was your fault deal with it.
Ask for an exchange if you have warranty on the phone I think they will change it for you
