Dropped calls aren't the phone's problem. It's your carrier or the person calling you. Is it just with the same person? In the same spot? - When will the iPhone 5s and 5c have price drops? I'm looking to get a contracted iPhone, and I would really prefer the iPhone 5s, but the $199 price is a bit high.
