Portable charger 1000 mAh
I just bought a cheap power bank at a local store and the instructions didn't say about how long you should charge it or how Long it last the details are 1000mah capacity// Input-5V/500ma Output is 5v/700Ma. So how long should I charge it and much percentage will it bring my iPhone 4S on standby.
It will charge your iPhone 75% because iPhones 4s have a 1432 mAh battery. It should stop charging on its own unless it is one of those really cheap ones. If it is the really cheap one than charge it for 1 hour. Newer models have auto stop charging.

- My portable charger won't work? I recently bought a portable charger for my iPhone as I'm going camping and want to keep my phone charged. However when I put the battery's in the charger and plugged my phone in it said 'charging is not supported with this accessory'. This is really annoying as the portable charger wasn't cheap! Does anyone know how to get around this problem or is the charger dodgey?
