Possible to switch iphone 6 hard drive into iphone 6s harddrive? (for more memory space)?

So I've broken my old iphone 6 which had way more storage than this new one, and I was wondering if I can change the hard drives or whatever holds the memory from phone to phone. I did buy an iPhone 6s so I'm not sure if the iphone 6 and 6s has different hardwares or whatever. But just curious.

IPhones don't have hard drives. That would make them thicker, slower, and use more battery.

Pretty much all smartphones use flash memory, which is many times faster than a hard drive.

Is it possible to replace the flash memory? Yes. But is it feasible? Not unless you work in Apple's Engineering department.
Even if you somehow managed to replace the flash memory, it wouldn't work since you have to change the baseband and a whole lot of other things, making this a nightmare.

  • Will buying more iCloud space let me download more apps, songs, and photos? So i have deleted apps that i don't really need and deleted songs i don't listen to but still there's not enough space to even take a photo, A pop up comes up that says to manage my icloud storage. Would purchasing more icloud storage allow me to download more apps and have more songs and pictures on my iPhone 4 from sprint? It is an 8gb i think.
  • What is the difference in the hard drive and the memory of a computer? I'm planning on buying the new iMac as my first computer in a couple months. I've never understood how the two are different. Like on an iPhone it just has memory and no hard drive. Also as part of my initial question in your explanation, if I download adobe photoshop then does it go to the hard drive or the memory? What about my iTunes music downloads and pictures saved to the computer?
  • More you use an app the more space it takes up on iPhones and iPads? I have an iPad and new iPhone 5 that I just got. I have rhapsody on both the same app and amount of music basically (iPad as seven more songs on app) but on the iPad the rhapsody app takes up 2.8 GB and the iPhone takes up 1.8GB. Why is that? The more use the app the more space it takes up even if you're not adding new content?
