Problem with Cydia after jailbreaking IOS 6.1 with evasi0n?

I just jailbreaked my iphone 4s with evasi0n on ios 6.1; however, i can't add installous source to cydia or download anything? Anyone having same problem?

I have the same issue, i believe this is caused by server load. Theyve been wacked hard with the iPhone 5 Jailbreak

Cydia is currently taking a lot of traffic, so no one can access it because of the boom in the amount of people trying to use it after jailbreaking. You can however be notified when Cydia is back up using this website.

Installous is no longer active… So is its' source, Hackulo.us… They shut down at the beginning of the year, so we need to use an alternative… Check these out… Http://jaxov.com/2013/01/top-3-best-installous-alternatives/

Well the Installous source isn't going to work, because hackulous has shut it down. There's been a lot of traffic on cydia as well, so that may explain why you can't add different sources.

  • Why is the cydia icon not visible after jailbreaking iphone 4 ios 6.1.3 via redsnow? First i had jailbreaked my iphone with snowbreeze and then i deleted cydia via ifunbox to show my friends that i have not jailbreaked it then i again jailbreaked it via redsnow (snowbreeze jailbreak does not work anymore) but after the jailbreak cydia icon is not visible on my screen but is visible in ifunbox.

  • Unthethered jailbreak for ios 7.0.4 that isn't evasi0n? I've been having nothing but problems with trying to download evasi0n7 to my iPhone 4. It goes through all the steps until the last reboot, then it reboots and says to unlock my phone even though it is already unlocked, so I touch the evasi0n app and it freezes my phone on a white screen. Long story short, does anyone know of a different jailbreak download or how to fix this problem? Links are appreciated.
  • Is evasi0n releasing an untethered iphone 4s ios 6.1.3 jailbreak? I keep hearing rumors about Evasi0n releasing an untethered jailbreak for it with their ios 7 jailbreak. Anyone know if this is true?
