Problem with iPhone software update?
I want to upgrade my iPhone to the latest software version but as I plug it to my laptop and iTunes opens up, it keeps telling me 4.2.1.is the latest version and my phone doesn't need an update.

Then you have the latest version: meaning that you already have the newest version installed.

- Is ''Iphone'' software only or hardware and software? I've never had an Iphone. I always see it anounced in an absolutely black device, such as this one: http://pective.com/m/iphone-5 I wonder whether, when you're going to buy one, you go to the apple store and buy the whole thing, or look for a Nokia or Sony smartphone and then go to the Apple website and buy and download the software into your device.

- Iphone software problem needing solution? I've recently just got the iPhone 5s in March, I had the 4s before for 2 years in 2012. But I noticed ever since I installed iOS 7 that my phone just keeps turning off. And I have to reset it by holding the lock button and the home button to get it to turn back on. Why does it do this?
