Problem with iPhone storage?
NOT ICLOUD STORAGE -- STORAGE ON ACTUAL PHONE
iCloud storage is fine since I rarely ever use it. On phone storage though, phone said I used all 5 gb of data, but I tried deleting apps and pics, but didn't work. My dad said he has same problem. Mom and brother don't have this problem. *NOTE - we're all together on family plan*
With me though, I tried re-setting but that also did not work -- never cleared up anything with data on phone. Not sure why though since all the other times it did work except for now.

Sounds like you're talking about two different things. IPhones come with anywhere between 16-128GB of storage for things like music and photos, but your cell phone carrier also limits the data usage for things like internet. If you have used all of your data from your family plan, deleting things on the phone isn't going to help or change anything.
- What to do about my iphone storage saying I'm using up way more photo storage than I actually am? My storage says I have 132 photos that's using up most of my storage; almost 3 GB. I have only 52 photos and 15 videos in my phone. It seems like it may be using storage from pictures I deleted, but apparently they're still using space? ? Has this happened to anyone else. I've taken my phone to an apple store, and I didn't get any answers.
- Problem with available storage & iPhone update? I'm trying to update my phone (without it being hooked up to my computer, my computer is broken.) I know you can update it without it being plugged in. So it says I need 2.4 available storage & so I can't update it. But when I go check how much storage I have it says my available storage is 4.5. What do I do?
- On the I cloud on the Iphone what does total storage and available storage mean? Basically it says total storage 5gb and availible storage 5 gb. Does that mean there's already 5 gb of files on the Icloud?
- IPhone Storage Plan Problem? My data plan says I have a 10GB phone. I'm paying for a 10GB plan. Yet, my iPhone's capacity is only 6.4GB. I do not have room for over 5 apps, and 300 photos. I tried to change my plan on my phone, but it will only let me edit my iCloud storage. Help: How can I get my phone to the 10GB I'm paying for?
