Problems charging my iphone?
My iphone won't charge unless i continue to manually hold the charging cord firmly in the phone's charging receptacle. This is my second cord.
Have you checked all around the cord to see if any damage had been done? I think something internally has affected its charging life. Such as bending it too much or putting pressure on it.
Clean the LINT out of the charging port. Wooden or plastic toothpick ONLY.
Try cleaning the Charging Port, Sometimes they get very dirty and the reader heads get dirty. Using a wooden toothpick or a plastic one will help clean it out without damaging the port itself. If that does not help you may need a new charger port, they only last so long before the metal wears down to the point where the charger does not fit anymore
