Problems with iPhone home button?
So at the weekend I got my phone screen fixed (phone cracked and I managed to get it fixed the same day), but now I'm having problems with my home button, just imagine it's due to something being knocked when they were repairing the phone due to it being absolutely fine beforehand. But anyway, I looked at it and thought it looked a bit wonky, so I looked and pressed it (lose) and to my surprise it rotated with my fingers, it also seems to not be as responsive when I press it.
Is there a reason for this? And is there a way I can fix it relatively cheaply?
If it wasn't an apple tech who fixed the screen on your phone then you won't be able to take it to an apple store and have it fixed. With anything apple you should always have apple fix it because that way you don't have to pay for it if they make a mistake.
- When I press the lock button OR the home button.iPhone? When I press the lock button OR the home button, my iPhone takes a screenshot. It does the sane thing when I press the lock and home at the same time, but I know that it's supposed to happen
- My home button and lock button don't work on my iphone 4 Okay so about 2 weeks ago my lock button stopped working and I don't know why so I went to mts store and they said to go to the apple store and i haven't been able to go yet and then tonight I was on my phone then I went to eat dinner so i put it in my sweater pocket then after dinner i took my phone out and it wan't responding! Is there anything I can do right now other than going to an apple genius? It's like 9 at night!
- Is there an iPhone app to go to the home screen? My Home button isn't working well? IIm afraid my home button will completely stop working soon enough, and i don't currently have money to replace it. I really only need the home function, but it would be really nice if it also had a screenshot function (because screenshots need the home + lock combo) Edit: If it makes any difference, my phone is an iPhone 3GS (old, lol) and has iOS 6.1.6.
- Is the iphone 5s' home button bigger than te iPhone 4S home button? Need As soon as possible me and my brother are getting into a fight about it cuz he said he's going to change the 4s home button to the 5s home button
