Recent pictures deleted after iPhone backup?
I backed up my iPhone in order to retrieve multiple notes that were deleted and in the process my most recent photos were deleted off of my phone. How would I place those pictures back on my phone without doing another backup?

Next time transfer pictures and purchases first. Then restore.
Restore puts content, at the time of the last back up, back onto your device. But it also removes any content, changes or additions since the last back up.
