Recovering deleted videos from iphone?

I can't do a back up because i'm jailbroken and don't wanna update firmware. Besides a third party program is there anyway i can use ifile to find where the videos are and get them back?

Did you do a previous backup? They will be on that, but by restoring to that backup point you will suffer a loss of recent items. You could always to try navigate to the cloud folder on your computer where everything gets stored, there should be a copy of it there. If not the new iOS does have a recover deleted items options, make sure you update soon
