Recovering photos from a water damaged iPhone X?
I recently got back from a trip and on it my phone accidentally went snorkeling with me in the sea. It's completely dead (doesn't turn on or show any forms of life, iTunes doesn't even recognize it when plugged in to my computer). I was in Cuba with no access to Wi-Fi meaning iCloud couldn t back up my phone on the trip. Because of this, I lost all my photos of the trip. I (clearly) know my chances are basically nell, but does anyone know of any software or store that could help?
There are data recovery services available where you can send your phone and they can attempt to recover your data. Drivesavers is one that I know of. However, it can be expensive.
The photos are on a micro-flash card that's soldered to the motherboard. It can be removed and read, but you'll need a specialist firm.

- Recovering photos from photostream? I have an iphone 5s and had a lot of pictures on my photostream. They all delete over time. Can I only have a certain amount of photos on photostream and they automatically delete once there's to much? Is there any way I can get the pictures back? Also by the way the pictures were never backed up on my computer and they aren't on my camera role

I wasn't paying attention obviously. Any way that I can retrieve these pictures and videos? Are they still in the cloud? If they are, how can I access them and download them back onto my phone?
