Red stuck pixels on iPhone X screen won't go away?
I just got my iPhone X replaced for the third time and it's a brand new phone. As soon as I took it out of the box and turned it on I saw 2 red dots on the screen that wouldn't go away or move no matter what. So I tried all the things I saw online about how to get rid of stuck pixels, like "massaging" the pixel to get it unstuck, tapping the pixel with a pencil eraser, applying pressure to the pixel, using a hot wet cloth in a zip lock bag and holding that over the area the stuck pixels are in, and I've tried the J screen fix pixel repair which did absolutely nothing, and I tried multiple rapid color changing videos on YouTube that are meant to fix stuck pixels and I've left the videos on and the J Screen pixel repair on overnight and NOTHING has worked. The pixels got smaller from massaging them, but they won't go away. There's two of them and they are only noticeable on a white or lighter colored background. They're super tiny and barely noticeable anymore but the reason I want to fix them is cuz it annoys me that a brand new phone was messed up before I even took it out of its box. I've had the phone for about 2-3 weeks and the pixels haven't fixed themselves and all the things I've tried hasn't worked. My Apple warranty is expired and I don't have apple care. So if there's any other ways to fix stuck pixels that I haven't tried already Please let me know. I can't take my phone to be fixed by Apple or any other repair place, so I need ways to fix it that I can do on my own
If a pixel is off color, it can't just be "massaged" back. It means it is "blown". You can't "unblow" a pixel. You need to turn in your warranty and get a new phone. Depending on your warranty though, it may allow up to 3 pixels burnt out before it gets replaced, but i wouldn't put up with it from a new phone…
- Why on 8/10 of my iPhone screen are half the pixels gone? On the top part of my screen my display is normal, but below it rows of pixels are not lit up. It is only this way sometimes but it is really annoying. If you know what i'm talking about please help.
- WHITE SCREEN ON IPHONE WON'T GO AWAY I tried going on Safari and a white loading screen came up (as usual). But this time it won't go away. If I push the home button, nothing will happen. If I push the off button, nothing will happen. I've tried completely turning it off and still nothing will happen. It's not completely frozen because I'm able to move the screen up and down, but that's all. And it won't shut off by itself either. Please tell me how to get it back! I have an iPhone 4 btw.
- What are dead pixels on an iPhone and what do they look like? I received a phone today and on the top of the screen there was three bright dots and even when I changed the brightness they shown. I'm wondering if its a dead pixel and if this will affect the phone…
- Red circle appeared on the phone app of my iPhone 5s and won't go away? I've had my iPhone 5s for 7 months now and just yesterday a red circle appeared in the phone app. I heard it had something to do with voicemail but minor sure. How do I get rid of it?
