Removing initials from iPhone contact pic?
So I've just purchased an iPhone 6s and for some reason there are some contacts that have their initials where it's supposed to be a picture and others don't?! I'm fairly new to the iPhone family since I've always had droids. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

If there are only initials, no picture has been added to the contact on the contact list.
- Wiping iPhone 4S w/o removing Software Update? So I'm giving my iPhone to my mother when I receive my new iPhone 5S next week, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to wipe the entire phone without wiping the software upgrades. Can I do this through the "Reset content and settings" function in the Reset part of settings?
- Removing SIM card from iPhone? Will removing my SIM card from my iPhone 4S cause me to lose my passwords (ie.facebook password)? In other words, will I have to re-input my facebook password/email to login. Could somebody try this out for me please, because it is Really important that I don't log myself out… (long story) ALSO, I'm CHANGING my SIM card to a completely different number. Does this affect it?
- Removing photos from iphone imported through computer? A while ago I uploaded photos from my computer to my iphone, not through itunes. I've tired everything and i can't figure out how to remove these 200 photos and i'm running out of room on my phone. Help? Also i can't delete the photos directly from my phone and i can't find the photos when i plug my phone into my pc
- Removing my sims card out of my iphone? Well i dropped my phone in some hot water by accident and imediantly took out the sims card and put the phone in rice.well i was just thinking, its been a fewdays and if people try to text me, will i receive them when i put my sims card back in? Or if i get a new phone will i still receive those texts? Please answer thanks!
