Restored unlock iphone 4s and now says replacement needed?
I had an unlocked sprint iphone 4s with an att sim card… I restored the phone because i was going to sell it after upgrading and now its saying replacement needed. And won't read a verizon sim card… What do i do?
Here's the problem. You have a Sprint 4s unlocked? You must have paid a site for the unlock code as Sprint's policy is to never unlock their phones for domestic rival use. Only international. If it is and was working with an ATT sim card I'm glad for you. But typically this error comes up when it's not unlocked. Make sure you are clicking on 'Restore iPhone' and not 'Restore Backup' Until you see 'Congratulation, your iPhone is now unlocked' on iTunes, I don't believe it is. I would keep trying as the code has to go through Apple's servers and by their own policy that can take 5 business days easy. Best luck.

- Restored my Iphone and now i have no service? I've had this phone for a year (iphone 4) and i had no more room on it for anything. It wouldnt even let me take a picture. So i restored it, i deleted everything on it and i started it out as a new iphone and re-downloaded my apps. It says i have no service and i don't know what to do? Do i have to activate it again?

My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
