Restoring iPhone 4s, getting back your apps?

If I restore my iphone via itunes do I lose all my apps. As in if I re-connect it all the saved apps on itunes does it sync it back to your phone or do they get deleted when restore?

Nothing gets deleted from your itunes unless you do it manually!

No. All your purchased or downloaded apps/music are stored in your iCloud account. There's a way prevent it from having to put all your apps back into your device, either you can activate your iCloud in the setting and backup regularly. The next time you restore your device, it'll ask you to backup before restoring and then it will sync your backup just like the way it was before.
