Restoring iPhone onto a different phone?
Okay so i have an iPhone 4s which i've been using for a couple of years and has alot of photos etc on, i've backed this up on my itunes - this 4s is on the EE network
I've just got an iPhone 5 and i want to restore the back up onto this model - however this iphone WASN't unlocked to any network, at the moment it is unlocked - however if i restore the backup from my 4s i'm afraid the unlock feature will go and i won't be able to use my iphone 5
Went you set up or 'backup' the 5 with the copies of files from 4s, these are fancily referred to as data files. Like music, pics, apps, game scores, etc. Unlocking is a conditional programming isetting that effects the firmware or the 'brains' of the phone and has no bearing on what you put on it or not. When you set it up like a new iPhone and insert the SIM card, etc. That will program the device to work on EE's network. If it's like the States, once unlocked, it's stays unlocked irregardless of the carrier. The SIM is what makes it work with EE, Your other stuff is fine. Best luck.
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- Restoring iPhone ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER? Is it possible to restore an iPad/iPhone or update it ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER than the original one? My friend found an iPad and he tried to restore it on his computer but iTunes doesn't let him. Is there a work around for this? Also note, he does not know the iCloud password of the user's iPad

- How to have different web pages for different platforms? I was wondering how to set the default page for a website to be different for desktop and mobile. For example if a pc accesses my website, it goes to indexD.html, and if it's an iphone it goes to indexM.html. I can create and modify.htaccess files if that helps.
