Retrieving videos from an iPhone after and erase?

I took multiple videos on my iPhone at a concert about a month ago then recently got a new iPhone and imported everything onto my photos on my laptop however i have now found that some videos are missing. I had done a full erase all content ad settings afterwards and i have tried wondershare, photo date recovery and phone rescue but neither come up with any of the videos. Is there anyway to access every video ever recorded on the iPhone?

The videos are not published when you take them, they must be uploaded to the cloud in order to save them. You must make a backup of your own files to the cloud, in order to transfer them to a new device. No, the videos are not accessible after the actions you have taken.
