Ringtone volume on Iphone 6s?
I have an Iphone 6s and up until recently I just used the default ringtones and such. Although I recently downloaded a new ringtone and set it to be the ringtone for just one of my contacts. However, there's a problem with this.
The ringtone is extremely loud, and I do not want it to be loud I want it to be the same volume as the other ringtones. Now I know I can just turn the phone's volume down, but this makes all the default ringtones and text alerts too quiet to hear.
So my question is, how do I turn down the volume on just that one ringtone, while leaving the rest of the ringtones and alerts at the normal volume?
Download it from your phone - drag it onto your computer. Use AUDACITY to lower the volume of this, then save it. Then put it back on your phone. IF this is too complicated for you - there are geeks everywhere who do this for fun - and a bag of Cheetos.
- Why does my ringtone work on my iphone? I purchase a ringtone on itunes and it says its my ringtone when i go to sounds but when someone calls it it doesn't make a sound and it just vibrates
- Transfer purchased ringtone from iPhone to iPhone? I upgraded today from my 5s to a SE, and have already transferred all my apps, contacts, music, etc. But when I go into my settings to set the ringtone to the one I purchased through iTunes, it isn't there and it isn't listed in my purchases either. However, it's still listed in my purchases and tones on my old 5s, so I know I did buy it. How do I transfer it without buying it again?
- My iphone 5 will only vibrate and not ring. Yes, the volume is all the way up. I checked. I went into settings and choose a ringtone? All this phone does is vibrate. Any ideas on what the problem can be. I have tried turning the power off and restarting the phone still only vibrates and does not ring. It worked.
- IPhone 4s volume buttons not working, how can I turn down my call volume without these buttons? My side volume buttons aren't working on my iPhone 4s and my call volume is super loud (other people can hear the person I'm on the phone with) is there any other way to turn down the call volume?
