RocketFish USB Bluetooth adapter will not connect?
I recently purchased my boyfriend a BOSE Soundlink system that runs strictly through Bluetooth. & when it is used via iPhone, it works perfectly fine when playing music. Since he's an avid gamer, I wanted him to be able to connect the sound system with his laptop (Acer) that runs with Windows 7. I went ahead and purchased a RocketFish Bluetooth adapter. I used the installation disc provided with the adapter to install it. Once it was installed I attempted (multiple times) to connect the laptop with the sound system. But the laptop keeps saying there are no devices found. I'm not sure if anyone can give me any insight to what I could possible being doing wrong. My boyfriend is a computer geek and he can't even figure it out… Please let me know if you can help!
Try uninstalling it then re install it
