Rogers iphone 4 and 4s factory unlock by imei?

Haha magnus a little while back i had the same issue trying all over to get the rogers iphone unlocked but i just couldnt get it done i had given up then i was referred to http://www.gsmfast.net they unlocked my iphone within a few days.
