Samsung Galaxy S4 or iPhone 5s?

From what we know about the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the iPhone 5s, which one would be a better buy. I have a 3 year old iPhone 4 that seems to be on the slope of obsolescence. Plus I could buy what's on the market right now but I know that new ones are due out around the corner. Then again they will come with new features I may never use like Game Center or FaceTime. Which would be the better buy? I'm still open to both platforms because most of what I do can be done on either platform.

IPhone (whatever next). How many samsungs run the latest android post even 1 year of the release. With my IPhone 3GS I'm in iOS 6 three and half years down the road. Most non apple phones are in a mad technology race, higher specs but don't really upgrade the user experience. Besides a fragmented android platform as well.

Galaxy S's are better than iPhones. Android is better than IOS.

As an avid Android user, I would recommend waiting for the S4.It's rumored to have a 5inch 1080p display and more than enough power under the hood for your daily usage. That being said it all boils down to your personal preference. If you are someone who is heavily invested into iTunes and the App Store, than the 5s might be for you. I would wait for them to come out (s4 is being announced on March 14-16) and try them out at your providers store.
