Search message history on WhatsApp for iPhone 5S?
On my old Android phone (Sony Xperia J) there was a function to 'Search', where you'd type in a word or phrase and it would search through your chat history for any time you'd used it. I loved this as I always like to read back messages that stand out as particularly cute/funny/interesting etc.
Now however I have upgraded to an iPhone 5S and I can't for the life of me figure out how to search and it takes far too long to scroll back through weeks/months of messages to find what I'm looking for! Is it even possible to search on an iPhone? And if so, how do you do it?
There's a search, though it doesn't work very well in my opinion. In your Chats list scroll up further & you'd see the option.
Alternatively you could email yourself the conversation & search for whatever by other means.

This only shows like 10 of my previous search terms. Is there any way to see every search term I've put in? Even a third party app? P.S. My iPhone is jailbroken and I haven't deleted any of my browser history or cookies or anything.
