Second hand iPhone 7 activation lock?
So I bought a secondhand iPhone 7 and when I tried activating it, it had an activation lock. I contacted the previous owner and she had no idea what her stuff was. Anyway I can possibly connect it to iTunes and possibly solve the problem there? I need help!
No. Activation Lock is impossible to deactivate without the correct user credentials.
If the seller has made an honest error she should refund your money and take the phone back. If she doesn't then you've probably handed over your cash for a phone which still belongs to the rightful owner whi is likely not the seller; you should have tested the iPhone before you paid for it.
Nope. She would have to either reset her Apple ID & then send that info to you or you send back the phone for a refund since it would be otherwise useless to you.
