Seriously, how can I downgrade from iOS 7.1 to 6.1.3?
They say it's impossible due to Apple new policy of not signing older iOS versions. But, seriously, isn't there a way to bypass that and actually downgrade to 6.1.3? I'm on iPhone 4S and it's gotten a lot slow after upgrading to iOS 7.1.
If it's not possible, I may have no choice but to go for Nokia or Samsung…
4S hardware is probably too outdated, 7 runs fast on mine but I have a 5S. Redo your settings, also go to General, Accessibility, Reduce Motion, and turn it on, that gets rid of all that motion and its far better I think
