Set up iCloud - how? How? HOW?
I bought an iPhone 4 from a cash converter site.
I want to set up iCloud. I have a laptop.
I've downloaded iCloud onto my laptop.
I have no idea what to do next to set up an iCloud account.
Can you give me a step by step as to how to set up an account?
Assume I'm a complete idiot.

Which version of iOS is the phone using? YOu may need to update the version of iOS and then you will have iCloud available in the Settings…
- With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points

When I try to login to the icloud it says that I have a valid apple account but not an icloud account. It said to setup the account on one of the devices mentioned above. Do you see my dilemma? Is there ant other way to use icloud, or set up an account than what is listed?
