Should I buy a second hand iPhone 4 with 32GB in less that 350$?
Or maybe I should look for a 16GB iPhone 5C or somethin'?
How major is the difference between them in a daily use?
Difference is weight and style and of course the new colour scheme they 've introduced.
Well rather than second hand thing buy a new one that's all i can suggest.
Well the techinical difference is minimal and will not affect daily use. But second hand could be damaged.
Walmart is offering a sale right now, I would get it on contract as its far cheaper (its not like people are jumping from carrier to carrier anyways). 5S is best but you can get 5C for $29, thats a really good deal.

Walmart is selling iPhones for cheap as part of a sale for the holiday season in late 2013. The iPhone 4 won't be supported much longer as it's too old. All having more memory does is let you save more. If you want to stay with apple get a newer phone the 5s is the best apple has the 5c is a scaled back version with color to entice kids but no better then the 5.
