I assume you're willing to spend quite a bit of money due to the fact that the iPhone 5 is an option. The galaxy s 3 mini is not a very good phone and the galaxy s 4 is out very soon. Overall, I would recommend the HTC one but if you definitely want a phone out of the ones you've listed, the iPhone 5 is the best.
Hi there I would personally Prefer the iPhone 5 Since it is Light weight, Thin, Fast and all round good.
The s3 are made of cheaper materials such as plastic while the iPhone 5 is made of higher quality material.
The iPhone also features more advance technology such as graphics and speed than the s3
Iphone 5 is a helluva good phone man… And s3 or s4 is ntn as compared to that… There are 180 more apps in apple than samsung so go for apple! Or id recommend u another phone of google nexus which is yet to be released just type google nexus ul get the phone its around 350 dollars and has an 12 mp cam… Wid 800 daily updates available which crosses each and every android phone everyday iv operated all these devices and i find this one the best.
Truly Speaking, Both are different options.
If you have more money than sense, go for iPhone5.
If you are an iOS person, Go for iPhone 4S.
And if you have a high budget, I'd strongly recommend you(for android) to go for Either "HTC OneX" or "Oppo Find 5". Both the cellphones are beast in their category and as oppo has released Find5 recently, its Awesome. Don't go for S3 Mini.
