Should I buy an S4 or Note 8?

I already have an iPhone 5 and have been using "iDevices" for a while. I now want to experience the Android side of things. I'm planning on buying either a Galaxy S4 or a Note 8. I will be using whichever device along with my iPhone and will be taken with me to most places I go. Which would give me a more enjoyable experience?

Added (1). I can easily afford both btw although buying the Note 8 would obviously save me some money: P

S4 is an excellent device also is HTC One coming from an iphone to a Android platform will require a small learning curve. I would suggest go to a store and spend time on the S4 and see how you like it. Having a removable battery is great and you can disable some of the gimmicky features on the S4 to save battery life. I say s4 over the Note

I think that basically depends on your usage. If you need a smartPHONE, which can also carry out plenty of tasks in a small-sized package, then you'd better go for S4. If you need a TABLET, which can also double up as a phone, but does many tablet based functions such as drawing, planning, e-mailing etc., then go for Note 8.0.

In your case, you already have an iPhone 5. I suggest you get the Note 8.0 because you can get the best of both worlds: the mobility of a smartphone, and the efficiency of a tablet. Also, you indeed save some money!

  • Should I buy Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or iPhone 5? I can't decide. I was thinking of buying iPhone 5 but I was quite disappointed with it as the screen is longer instead of wider. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has a wide screen and I can do different tasks with it. Despite that, I've always use iPhone and I don't really hope changing another brand.
