Should I buy the iPhone 5 or wait? - 2

So I heard the iPhone 5s/c comes out next month and I have an iPhone 4 and I can get an upgrade now… Well I kinda want to wait for the new iPhone but the only thing is when iPhones come out they are really expensive like the iPhone five where I live was 200 dollars and now it's only 99 and my mom has to pay for the phone._. She's letting me get my upgrade and I really don't want her to spend 200 dollars on an iPhone 5s and all it has extra is Siri talking… Also the iPhone 5c all you get new in that is your finger print to lock the screen and I think that wouldn't work out because of the sensors on the phone. Also if i wait for the iPhone 5s well that has Siri but at my school we have bring your own technology to do work and research projects well I'm scared that I will accidentally turn it on or Siri will start talking in the middle of class if I accidentally touch the button! So what do you think?

If you know for a fact that a new one will come out next month, jusg wait it out. I waited for the 5 to come out before getting the 4s because it was half off. When the new one comes out, the 4s will be free and the 5 will be half off.

Hey I'm gonna answer your question so I'm getting a new phone to and I think you should wait. The new one is installed with a new software, the iOS 7.It'll be better for school and the iPhone 5 already has Siri so even if you buy the ipone 5 it'll still have Siri.
