Yes. The IPhone 5S is faster and better than the IPhone 5, but there should be no reason for you to upgrade already. The IPhone 5 is still a good phone. Unless you just have money to spend freely then you should just wait for the IPhone 6.

I personally wouldn't upgrade it, I have an iPhone 5S now, the only really big difference is the Touch ID. That's it. I would stick with your iPhone 5 because although the 5S is faster and better camera etc, it's not a lot better.
