Should I do a one month challenge?

I'm sick of using my
Phone and being on it all the time… Since it's summer I want to do a month challenge of me not using my iphone or any kind of device… Should I do this? I want to hang out w my friends so this may be a problem to get in touch w them? Do you have an suggestions?

This is a great idea. We're losing our face to face communication skills because of electronics.

If you don't have a regular wired phone in your house - maybe you could just communicate by e-mail - but only about when and where to hang out.
