Should I get a windows 8 phone or an iPhone?
I'm up for a upgrade in verizon and want to get either a iPhone 4S or a windows 8x HTC phone? Which one is better? I went to verizon to pay my bill and asked them and they said the windows 8x phone. Was better. They cost the same at $99 right now last time I went there.
I would personally go for an iphone… Everyone i know has one!
They probably have a load of Windows 8 phones so are "selling" it to you.
To be honest, Android is so much better. If they want you to upgrade, you should be able to haggle the price down on Android phones.
As Android is free, you should be able to get better hardware for the same price, as the manufacturers aren't paying software licences on top of the hardware price.

A shiny, bells and whistles phone, if nothing else it's vastly overrated and overpriced.
It is an Apple product remember.
IPhone. So far Windows 8 phones are a bust and there are a lot of complaints about them - Microsoft blames the hardware companies and they blame Microsoft. Considering Microsoft's history of abandoning failing technology and leaving people who bought in in the lurch, I'd be very wary of buying one.
