Depends on what you want, they're nearly identical phones but the SE is smaller than the 6S (same size as the 5S) It's basically what size do you prefer? Many loved the size of the 5S which is why Apple made the SE
Both have the exact same processor. The only difference between a 6S and an SE is the size and the SE has no 3D touch. Anyways that is really up to you. Do you prefer smaller phones that fit in your hand? Or do you like to have a nice big screen to watch videos and movies on?
The 6s, unless you want a smaller display size for 1 handed use.
