Should I get my iPhone 4 fixed or get the iPhone 5?
I've had my iPhone 4 for a year now, and the iPhone 5 just came out. My iPhone 4 home button doesn't work sometimes and its really annoying and frustrating. It also has a huge crack on the back. I heard that it's really expensive to get it fixed so i was wondering if i should just get an iPhone 5, or just get my current iPhone fixed.
Either way it'll be expensive. Because you are only a year in on your contract, you won't qualify for any upgrade so you would have to pay $649+ for the iPhone 5.
Get the iPhone 5, that's a $99 fix for the back and a $99 fix for the home button, if not under AppleCare. The iPhone 5 starts at $199
Huge crack on the back? Lol… Obviously you dropped it hard. You may be able to find a cheap Iphone 4 on craiglist, but check to see what it will cost to get it fixed. I wouldn't even get the crack fixed, just get hte button fixed and use it for a year to get your contract over, then you can get anohter new iphone 4 free with a 2 year deal or upgrade then.

- Who do i take my iPhone to to get fixed? I have a jail broken iPhone 4s with problems that I need resolved. I have Tmobile as my carrier, but the phone itself is by AT&T. I didn't buy it from the actual AT&T or Tmobile stores but one of the cellphone stores. Who do I take it to if I have problems with my phone?
