Get whichever one you want, do you really need someone to make such a basic decision for you?
IPhone 5s is not the best one, you can try some other brands. But if you stick to it, I'll definitely suggest the silver one. For that when a girl see a guy holding a golden one, she may think he is so poor to show off with a golden phone.

Personal preference. Neither is better than the other, with the only difference being the colour.
