Should I get The Nokia Lumia 820?

What made you think those other phones are bad? Samsungs are some of the best on the market.

And on other similar sites. It's basically Used - Like New, I found that when you're buying technology nowadays, buying brand new full price isn't really worth it. (Don't worry, it's a reputable website)
Otherwise I'd maybe suggest the LG Nexus 4? I have it, it's a really good phone for pretty cheap.
