Should I just stick with filming on my iPhone or get a camera? - 1
A PROFESSIONAL CAMERA CAN SHOOT HIGH QUALITY PHOTO THAT IPHONE CHEAP SMALL LENS COULD NOT DO.
If you have to ask, you should stick with your iPhone. You will not be able to tell the difference if you get a camera.
Hi phone cameras are so limited unlike a camera.
If you are getting the results you want with your iPhone, keep using it. Only get a camcorder if you want to do something that your iPhone can't do, such as zooming or better focus.
Filming with your phone.
Darn it! That sounds so very wrong indeed.
You will be the best judge as to when it's time to get more or different gear. If your phone is not allowing you to get the types of videos that you want, then it's time to upgrade.
Will a mirrorless like the Sony A6000 be a vast improvement in image quality and capabilities? Abso-freakin-lutely. If you haven't experienced times where you thought that your phone was preventing you from getting the videos that you want or the image quality that you want, then it's probably safe to say that you don't need to upgrade. But even if this is true, once you upgrade from a phone, you will become aware of what you've been missing and mostly likely would never use your phone again.
Well first you can't do "filming" with a cell phone because it records video. Second I would recommend a camera if you're serious about video. I own a Canon Rebel t3i and it does excellent full 1080 video. However if you're serious you'll want an editor as well. There are several good ones out there for $100 or less.
Depends
For filming type of thing you need camera
- Where should you look when filming a youtube video on your iphone, of yourself? Where should I focus my eyes? I was looking at myself in the reverse cam but that doesn't look right. Is it?
- What is the best bang for your buck video camera for retro style filming at 24 fps, 4K resolution, and no camera judder? Below $1,250? I use an anamorphic adapter lens for an iPhone 6s Plus(+filmic pro) and while the footage is 10 times better than basic iPhone footage, I can't help but notice the jerkiness of edged objects at 24 frames even when I'm holding the phone as still as I can. I've experimented with different frames, shutter speeds, ISO
- What is a good cheap camera for filming? I'm going to start vlogging on YouTube this summer, since i have nothing better to do. But then i'm gonna need a good camera. I was thinking about a compact camera ofcourse, and i really want a nice quality so it will be watchable. My price range is 100 euro's.
- Should i stick with iphone 5 or get 5s? I ordered an iPhone 5 for TMobile its my first iPhone I'm getting should I stick with this model or go with iPhone 5s?
