Should I purchase iPhone 6s Plus 16gb or 64Gb?

I can't seem to decide whether to save $100 and buy iPhone 6s Plus 16gb and use cloud storage and one drive? Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you.

If you've no problem with data, you should save $100.

Better to have too much space than too little.
