Should i reboot my tethered jailbroken device for this tweak?
I recently jailbroke my iphone and am new to the whole concept of jailbreaking. I installed a tweak, and it wants me to reboot my phone so it will work. However, since i have a tethered jailbreak, if i turn off my phone i will lose my jailbreak and will have to boot it tethered. If i reboot my phone for the tweak to take effect, if i boot tethered will the tweaks i downloaded still be there?

However, I have to re-format my device to factory settings so my warranty is not voided. After Apple fixes the phone, can I downgrade to 6.1.3 to jailbreak again? Or is there another solution to this?
