Should I replace my iPhone 4s at the apple store under my warranty?
I got my iphone 4s last friday from the At&t store, and ever since that day i have put on a case and screen protector on it. And from the day i opened it till now there has been a gap between teh bezel and the screen itself near the headphone jack. I noticed the gap on the second day and thought it was nothing, but not it has gotten slightly bigger and has traveled down near the volume rockers. I have set up an appointment at the apple genius bar to ask for a replacement since it is getting longer and larger and i'm worried about future effects towards the phone. And the rattle that the autofocus of the phone has gotten slightly louder as well. So i was just asking for some opinions on whether i should get a replacement since i'm still relatively early in my one year warranty?!
You have 14 days with AT&T to return a phone for your money back. Yes, if it is brand new, you should get a replacement if there's a manufacturing defect like that. Better do it now then later when you can't return it anymore and you are stuck with it for the next 2 years.

There isn't an apple store in libya and my warranty ends on august 19, 2013 but i'm coming back on september 2, 2013. Do you think they would make an exception for my case. Well last night i plugged my phone in to charge and it wasn't registering that the charger was plugged in. I left it plugged in and today I woke up to see that not only did it not charge but my phone had lost power. I'm assuming that this is a problem with the charging port. I've tried 3 other Apple chargers and none of them work.
