Should I switch from T-Mobile to Verizon?

T-Mobile is cheaper than Verizon, that's why my family has been keeping it. We share a family plan on T-Mobile, with 5 lines. (Me, Brother, Sister, Uncle, Mom.) The main reason we're thinking about switching is because of the better service and iPhone! I don't really like the androids, so I was just wondering if Verizon was worth it. What is the difference pricewise for a family plan of 5 lines that has unlimited calling and texting? Is it worth the extra money? How much more would it be?

Verizon is to expensive for data plan. If you want a iphone and a cheap rate.go for sprint. Do research and you will see that verizon data plan is to expensive and its not unlimited.

Definitely not, for the main reason the Verizon is selling your personal information for their benefit. Stick with T-Mobile. There are some pretty amazing Android phones, but T-Mobile's lineup isn't the best. You can always buy your own phone and switch, and that includes the iPhone (though I wouldn't recommend it, and 3G and 4G for an unlocked iPhone on T-Mobile is not available everywhere, so please check first).

Some of the best Android phones out now is the HTC One X (which is only on AT&T but you can always buy the international model), the Samsung Galaxy S III (available directly from T-Mobile), and Google Galaxy Nexus, available directly from Google for just $349 (hard to believe the phone used to be $800 just a few months ago). The Galaxy Nexus is my favorite, it's the best phone I've used in a while. It just falls short on the camera, which doesn't take great low light photos.

One final option is the Nokia Lumia 920, a Windows Phone 8 device coming this November, that phone is quite a stunner as well.

  • T Mobile or Verizon. Should I pay T-Mobile 175.00 for an upgrade or 94.00 to Verizon for new phone? I want the iPhone 6s plus. I'm already with t mobile but there internet is a bit slow sometimes. Its the jump plan ill get. Ill pay 12.00 for 24 mo. And if i get a new phone they won't run my credit again. But with verizon they'll run my credit. Is pretty good. But i don't want anybody to really run my credit tho lower it. I'm not sure about verizon internet but the commercials looks pretty good. They bboth have unlimited internet. What should I do?
  • Should I switch to Verizon or At&t to get the iPhone? I'm currently with T-Mobile, sharing minutes with my mom and dad. Sadly they don't have the iPhone. I'm switching next summer to Verizon or At&t myself paying for my own line. Which is a better service and cheaper? I would want unlimited Internet and texting and a minimum of about 500 minutes, not much.
  • Should I switch from Verizon to T-Mobile? I'm currently on Verizon, and have an iPhone 4, but i would really want to switch to the Lumia 925on T- Mobile. I really like the Lumia 925, because of its small borders, and nice aluminium frame. It is just a awesome phone. I do not like the lumia 928, because because of a lot of reasons, but mostly because it doesn't look good, and it looks a little cheap. So tell me would it be worth it to switch because of this phone? Thanks P.S. No I Do Not Want To Switch To Android
  • I want to switch my old Verizon phone to a Verizon iPhone. How would I do that? My old phone is one if the small slide phones that red and black and the screen broke. I want to switch it to an iPhone I got from a friend. How do I do this?
