Should I switch to iPhone?

I currently have a OnePlus One and I've had it for 2 years now. This Black Friday/Cyber Monday, I'm planning on getting a new phone. I mainly use my phone for social media, calling, texting and that's basically it. So, should I switch? If so, what iPhone should I get (price range is about $200 to $300/$350). If not, what Android phone should I get?

Yes her iPhone X 256gb

It looks like the iPhone SE 32 gb is $349 before tax, applecare or insurance, and activation.
I was considering a LG v 20 to replace my son's Grand Prime because I don't like the way my Oneplus One is charging. I likely would still be using my Oneplus One as a phone if I had not switched to Project Fi and became limited to the models of phone I can use.
I found #BlackFriday a useless time to shop since stores don't stock anything in the Black Friday ad.

Not really going to find one for that price range, new anyway nor would you find any worthwhile Android phone.

  • Would I be able to switch carriers without having to switch phones? I'm with Consumer Cellular and I have an iPhone SE, but I'm thinking of switching carriers so that I can get unlimited data. I don't want to get a new phone because I've had my current one about six months, I really like it, and it works great. I'm not locked into a contract with Consumer Cellular. Would I be able to switch to another carrier without having to purchase a new phone?
  • Why should someone switch from iphone 4s to a 5? The new processor is only 1 to 2 seconds faster max, so no you can't say the processor. The long display isn't necessary. The width is still the same, so no the display is not worth it. And who really cares if it is light. The 4S isn't even that heavy. So other than these reasons, why would someone buy a 5 when the 4S is basically giving the same results.
  • Should I switch to Verizon or At&t to get the iPhone? I'm currently with T-Mobile, sharing minutes with my mom and dad. Sadly they don't have the iPhone. I'm switching next summer to Verizon or At&t myself paying for my own line. Which is a better service and cheaper? I would want unlimited Internet and texting and a minimum of about 500 minutes, not much.
  • Should I switch my iPhone 5c for an iPhone 5? Okay my iPhone 5c has 8GB and the iPhone 5 I could switch to has 16GB. The iPhone 5 is not very new, over a year old, and my phone 5c is almost a year old. Would it be worth it to switch for the extra space?
