Should i take off the plastic sticker on the back of my iphone 5?

I've have my iphone for 3 months and i'm not sire if i should take off that sticker on the back of my iphone 5 (you get them when its brand new). Its starting to peel off at the bottom but it hasn't on the top. Also i feel like its making the back of my iphone very hot. What should i do?

Take it off and get a new one put on

Try placing a case on top of it.It'll protect it and keep it on there.

Does the protector adhere well enough that it won't come off of the phone when using the ring for what it's intended for? Will constant tugging of the ring cause bubbles under the glass protector or damage the plastic film? Examples would be glass back protector on the all glass iPhone back, or in my situation a plastic wet film installed on the "matte" glass back of the Pixel 3… With a Spigen ring installed onto the protector.
