Should I upgrade or add new device?
I have an iPhone 5 and I was planning on handing it down to my mom and getting another one. I'm confused on what to do however. Do I select upgrade device or just buy a new one? Can I transfer all my info onto the new one?
I know with verizon every 2 years you can get an upgrade on a phone by signing a 2 year contract again. If you read this now and you have verizon they have deal right now that all smartphones $200 and over are now $100 off so go check that out the deal ends this sunday (fathers day). I know that with apple devices you can transfer everything on your phone to another one by backing it up on a computer. Them when setting up your new phone it will give you the option to set up as an old devise. Hook it up to the computer and put all the stuff from your old devise onto your new one.

So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken.
