Should I upgrade to iOS 7.0.3?

I have the iPhone 5 and a couple of weeks ago I got an update for the iOS 7.0.3, was wondering if it's safe and if it is worth upgrading? I have been doing a lot of research and watched a lot of videos on You Tube, people say they love it and people say they hate it. I think it looks cool, some features are nice and a few I'm not too sure about. Is this version still buggy and wait to see if another version comes out? Or should I go ahead and upgrade?

It is obviously safe to upgrade.

Sometimes it gives problems.i.e hanging… So think about it than go for the upgradatio

Yea it is safe, it contains patches for 7.0.2 so it is good to upgrade.
when it asked yuou to upgrade to 7.1 then i would wait a little bit, beacuse within a few weeks 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 will be out containing fixes for 7.1

If you still have iOS 6, DO NOT UPGRADE! It will drain your battery! I have an iPhone 5 and it did that to me and everyone else I know who did the same thing.

This version is not really that buggy anymore and I'm pretty sure most of the people that upgrades to iOS 7 that hate it first loves this iOS 7.0.3.It contains a lot of improvements, including:
