Should you let your embarrassing job stop you from asking a girl out?

Ok so I'm 19 and work in a hospital as a patient food attendant( basically go onto floors and give patients their food wearing a goofy outfit and hat). Anyway I go to school at the moment and eventually want to be a doctor but am working on getting my bachelors at the moment. Anyway for those who have never worked in a hospital basically if your not a doctor or nurse a lot of people look down on you as if you have little to no education and this always gets me mad but recently I have met this gorgeous medical student who is just amazingly beautiful! We started talking and now are pretty cool and as in the past with other girls I've talked to; this would be the moment I wouldmake my move, but I'm just a little bit embarrassed about my job. I mean she has seen me delivering trays and has always been cool with me and no matter what I always get her blushing, i don't most of my other male coworkers, say its ok to date other hospital employees because if anything they will always be girls first; but I don't know a food passer and medical student just seems weird to me do you all think I should go for it?
P.s in a month or two I'm transferring to the hospital phlebotomy department and be a phlebotomist as I pay my way through school.

Wrote this on my iPhone I'm on lunch at the moment; so sorry for grammar errors.

NOTHING should separate a man and his ***.

Yes you should be embarrassed, but only if you had a LAME job.
Right now that is DECENT job you have, I would love to have that job.
I never asked girls out because I KNEW they would hate my job and dump me.
I use to be a busboy. A dishwasher. NOW THAT'S PATHETIC.

You should go for it

What's important is that you have a goal that you are working towards. If you were a slacker who planned to spend the rest of his life in your current job, that would be different. Women don't always judge a man by how much money he makes or what he does for a living. This girl sounds like one of the good ones. I think you should pursue this relationship. Don't let her get away, and then regret it.

A job shouldn't hold you back from asking a girl out.

please answer mine

You have a similar job why not ask her out.

TAKE YOUR TIME MY G.
just compliment her EVERY TIME YOU SEE HER.
and she'll come to you IF SHE'S INTERESTED.

  • Which would you get rid of, home internet or iphone if you lost your job? Assuming there was a job loss and you wanted to keep some service would you keep home interent or iphone I'm thinking you can use iphone still with the Wi-Fi.
  • When you rest your iPhone, does it stop sharing your location? If you have your location shared with people indefinitely, and you reset your iPhone will your location stop sharing with them/ will they be notified? (When someone stops sharing location manually it says "so-and-so stopped sharing location with you") Or is the only way to stop sharing your location with someone to go into the convo, and go to details and click "stop sharing location"?

  • IOs6 how to remove embarrassing photo on photo stream? So I took a few photos I don't want the rest of my family seeing and they where uploaded to photo stream. I have iOS6.1 and i don't know what the rest of my family have of their iPhones, but they have iOS 5 or higher. I turned off photo stream right after and it said that it was deleting the photos. I stored them on an app before deleting the photos as well before turning off photo stream. How can I remove the photos off photo stream if they already haven't been removed?
