If I take the sim card out will the iphone still be locked?
So i bought an iphone 6s off some website because I was gonna test it out for a video and the person I bought it off said that it wasn't locked but turns out it is so what if I were to take the sim card out would the phone still be locked
Of course it will still be locked… Only the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock the phone. You could also try one of those unlocking services, but I've never used them, so I don't know how reliable they are.
Yea. SIM in or out doesn't change that.
You should be looking to get a refund since you were sold something on a false premise.
